Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Avon account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and attach the printed return label to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Avon

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup; please keep your tracking number for reference until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
